Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call to request an Authorization to Return. You will be issued a full refund for all items returned in resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. There will be no refund for any shipping costs you may have incurred. If you qualified for free shipping of your order, then the cost of the postage to mail your order to you will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. We cannot offer refunds for any books that exhibit any of the following problems:

• Signs of use
• Missing or torn pages
• Bent corners or creased pages
• Scratched, marked, or bent cover
• Water damage
• Obvious odors, such as from cigarette smoke or food products
• Past 30-day limit
