All Orders	United States	US Postal Service Media Mail Priority Mail	Media Mail is $5.00 for 1 to 3 books, FREE for 4 or more books, if you select "USPS Media Mail (4+ books)" under Shipping Method when you check out. Priority Mail is $10.70 for up to 10 books. If you order more than 10 books, then the exact cost of the additional priority shipping will be charged to the credit card you supply. Priority shipping is only available for books currently in stock at our headquarters. If you want to order more than 2 copies of a title, call us to make sure we have the number of copies you want in stock. NO PRIORITY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR QUANTITY DISCOUNT ORDERS.
	Canada and Mexico	US Postal Service Airmail	Credit card orders only. All shipping is by airmail. Exact amount of postage will be charged. Options are: Global Priority Envelope ($11.45) for up to 600 pages of books. Global Priority Box ($26.95) for up to 2400 pages of books. Your order may require multiple Global Priority Boxes. If this applies to your order, you will receive an email confirming the additional shipping charges.
