Options are: Global Priority Envelope ($9.95) for up to 600 pages of books. Global Priority Box ($23.95) for up to 2400 pages of books. Your order may require multiple Global Priority Boxes. If this applies to your order, you will receive an email confirming the additional shipping charges before they are placed.
